Complaint that the union failed to maintain an accurate register of its members by fraudulently removing the applicant's membership details from its register.In dismissing the complaint the Certification Officer stated that the applicant had failed to establish fraudulent manipulation by the union and commented that if such a fraud could be established there would be a breach of Section 24 as the inaccuracy of the register by reason of wrongdoing cannot be excused on the grounds of reasonable practicability.
