If you are considering making a complaint about a trade union we recommend that you first consider the guidance note on making a complaint by clicking in the appropriate box below. We also recommend that, before completing the registration of complaint form, you contact the Office to discuss the matter first. You might also want to see how previous cases have been dealt with by clicking on the Decisions button.

Complaints form: if you want to view the form or print it in order to complete it by hand, click on the pdf icon pdf.
