	Summary:	The claimant alleged 6 breaches of union rule in relation to the election of stewards at the New Addington constituency of its Croydon Branch and disciplinary proceedings by the union. The Certification Officer found 2 breaches of union rule pertaining to the elections.  He did not consider it appropriate to consider an enforcement order.

	Summary:	The claimant made two complaints of breaches of rule in relation to the conduct of the 2009 elections to UNISON's NEC and to the failure of the union to investigate whether disciplinary charges were justified against a branch secretary in relation to that election. The Certification Officer dismissed the complaints upon withdrawal by the claimant.

	Summary:	The claimant alleged a breach of statute and various breaches of rule in relation to his removal from the NEC and in relation to certain elections in 2009. The Certification Officer refused to make the declarations sought by the claimant.

	Summary:	The Claimant alleged that the Union had failed to comply with his request made under section 30 of the 1992 Act for access to certain alleged accounting records of the Liverpool Division of the NUT. Upon terms of settlement having been agreed by the parties on the day of the hearing, the application was dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.
